York’s only five star hotel – the Grand Hotel & Spa – has opened a 101-bedroom extension with Daikin VRV IV heat recovery air conditioning. It was also the first UK hotel development where Daikin’s ground-breaking auto cleaning duct was specified for the fan coil units in every guest room.

Manor View

Leading South Coast plumber Kevin Watts is putting the finishing touches to Manor View, his high-tech 10,000 square foot dream house near Southampton – with a mixture of high and low temperature heat pumps plus air conditioning units from Daikin UK to ensure it stays warm in winter and cool in summer.
